Client Manager

Client Accountant – Sunderland (hybrid)

Salary: £35,000 – £42,000

Service Care Solutions is working with a rapidly growing accountancy practice to recruit an experienced Client Accountant who will manage a portfolio of clients and bring subject expertise.

• Managing a portfolio of clients and keeping all financial records up to date and compliant with accounting standards.
• Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports.
• Conducting regular financial assessments and providing advice to clients regarding tax planning, financial strategies, and business growth opportunities.
• Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets based on clients' needs.
• Assisting with statutory financial accounts production for a variety of clients.
• Acting as the first port of call for clients, answering any queries and concerns as they arise.
• Assisting in the management of junior staff members.

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA/AAT or QBE qualification.
• Minimum 5 years experience within a UK based accountancy practice.
• Experience with Sage and Tax Calc.
• Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

• Base salary £35,000 – £42,000.
