Position: Business Unit Administrator - Southampton

Business Administrator


Southampton


£20,000 - £22,000 per annum


As a Business Administrator you will spend your time scoping and delivering key strategic projects and activities across the business unit. You will also support the wider business doing things such as digital briefcase completion, attending team meetings, project work, attending client facing (meetings), preparing presentations.


Finally, you will be responsible for supporting the wider Senior Management Team within Southampton, support meetings, arranging events etc.


The following qualities/experience are essential;


Experience of building relationships with Directors & all levels of seniority

Degree educated in business or professional discipline, ideally with marketing and administration bias

The individual will have highly developed analytical skills, be commercially astute and able to influence business leaders

Excellent IT skills with advanced Excel. Comfortable collating and coordinating management information and providing reports


Accountabilities


Lead projects, governance and activity, to support Living Places and the SMT and contract team.

Management of successful delivery and reporting of specifically defined projects across the Business Unit in accordance with our business controls and business management system

Support the development of business communications, Both internal and external

Lead activities and projects supporting client engagement agenda

Provide research and leadership through liaising with both internal and external subject matter experts

Able to support the marketing and brand development of the local contract
