This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in teaching, mentoring, youth work, or SEN support who want to help learners overcome barriers and reach their potential.

💡 Your Impact

* Plan and deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions

* Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs

* Create a structured, encouraging learning environment

* Deliver sessions in homes or suitable community locations

* Help students build confidence and make academic progress

✅ What We’re Looking For

* Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND

* Ability to teach Maths and/or English at primary or secondary level

* Based in Southampton or able to travel within the local area

* Patient, adaptable, and empathetic professionals

* Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education
