Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Barker Ross Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join their team in Southampton. This is a full-time evening role working within an NHS healthcare environment, where maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards is essential.

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services across NHS and associated sites
• Maintain strict hygiene and infection control standards
• Travel between sites as required (company vehicle provided for work use)
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Working hours:
  
  16:00 – 00:00
• 20 hours per week based at a clinic
• Remaining hours covering additional sites and ad hoc cleaning duties

• £12.71 per hour
• Fully funded electric company van supplied
• Weekly pay during the initial 3-month probation period
• Monthly pay upon successful completion of probation
• Full training provided

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Ability to travel between multiple sites
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable, ideally within healthcare
