Grounds Maintenance

We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy and supportive team maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a positive, hands‑on attitude.

Your new role

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and shrub pruning
Litter picking and maintaining clean, tidy communal areas
Planting, weeding, and seasonal grounds care
Basic grounds repairs and upkeep
Safe use and daily checks of grounds maintenance machinery
Working independently or as part of a team to meet daily targets

What you'll need to succeed

Previous grounds or outdoor labouring experience
Ability to operate grounds equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
Good awareness of health & safety and safe working practices
Reliable, punctual, and happy working outdoors in all weather
Driving licence preferred
