RESPONSIBILITIES What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

In this creative role, following are the key responsibilities for the AI Writing Specialist:

  • Work on various writing/reading projects to train generative AI models.
  • Create original and challenging prompts for an AI model to respond to.
  • Rank a series of responses that an AI model produced.
  • Based on a given topic, write a short summary about that topic.
  • Assess whether a piece of text produced by an AI model is factually accurate or not.
  • Adhoc projects, as necessary.
Requirements What it Takes
  • The most successful AI Writing Specialists are driven by excellence, expertise, and innovation, significantly contributing to the advancement of generative AI models.
  • This is a full‑time (40 hrs. a wk.), onsite, ongoing contract position in Southlake, TX, staffed via our employer.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience where drafting polished written communication was a core responsibility.
  • Excellent command of the English language and its grammar rules.
  • Preferred:
    Completion of a liberal arts degree program heavily focused on writing (Journalism, Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Philosophy, History, English, or similar).
  • Preferred Experience in one of the following areas:
    • Professional Translation
    • Education
  • 96 hours of PTO accrued per year at a rate of 1 hour for every 20 hours worked.
