SCHEDULE:
Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday | Full-Time | Includes one weekend day

Pay is DOE :
Range is between $23-$25.

Goettl has been doing this since 1939 — and at this pace, a good dispatcher isn’t a nice-to-have, they’re essential. We’re looking for someone who can keep a busy team of technicians moving, stay calm when the schedule shifts, and communicate clearly with customers and crew without missing a beat. If you’ve worked in home services or field dispatch before, even better.

What You’ll Do:

  • Dispatch and deploy technicians to keep the schedule moving efficiently
  • Monitor jobs in Service Titan, communicate ETAs, and reschedule when needed
  • Verify calls 24 hours in advance and confirm bookings before dispatch
  • Partner with service, sales, and operations to keep conversions on track
  • Communicate clearly with the contact center and customers under pressure
  • Follow up on all jobs and keep notes and records accurate in Service Titan

What We Need:

  • Minimum 1 year of dispatching or scheduling experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills — you manage multiple moving pieces without dropping any
  • Comfortable and confident communicating under pressure
  • Computer literate — email, MS Office, and scheduling tools
  • Previous home services industry experience a plus
  • Able to pass background check and drug screen upon offer
