Construction Superintendent

Per Diem available for qualifying candidates

Signature Labor Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent for an active commercial project. This position is available immediately for a qualified candidate who can hit the ground running.

• Supervising subs and skilled trades on construction of Data Center
• Manage project schedules to deliver project on time
• Documenting progress of project utilizing on site program
• Daily safety meetings
• Update status reports and other project-related documents
• Adhere to safety and OSHA guidelines

• Must have minimum of 7 years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• Must have OSHA-30
• In-depth understanding of procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and personal organization
• Must pass Background Check
• Must have verifiable references
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
