Atlas Staffing is hiring a part-time Project Administrator for a busy regulated manufacturing environment in Spokane, WA. This role supports CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation) documentation by keeping files organized, routed, approved, and archived on schedule.
Role PurposeSupport a high-volume documentation workload so Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) can stay focused on technical execution. You’ll manage document flow, track approvals, and maintain clean, compliant records in Master Control and shared trackers.
ResponsibilitiesScan documentation packets and upload complete, accurate files into Master Control for archival and compliance
Route documents and forms for review, track approval status, follow up on open items, and escalate roadblocks
Organize and manage protocols from execution through submission and final QA documentation submission
Prepare protocol binders, execution packets, and supporting attachments
Track document corrections, deviations, and change requests to support timely resolution and proper documentation
Maintain shared trackers (Smartsheet and spreadsheets) for protocol status, approvals, and documentation readiness
Coordinate handoffs between engineering, validation, and QA to keep documentation moving through each stage
Support documentation process standardization as gaps are identified across project work streams
Support meeting logistics by capturing documentation-related action items and driving follow-through
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of administrative or project coordination experience (documentation-heavy work preferred)
Comfort working in spreadsheets and shared trackers (Smartsheet a plus)
Strong attention to detail, follow-up habits, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to handle controlled documents with accuracy and confidentiality
$30/hour
Available ShiftsPart time: 20–30 hours/week
Start time: 8:00am
Typical schedule:
8:00am–12:00pm (flexibility available for the right person, as long as it remains part time)Assignment length: 4 months from start date
