Network Services Analyst II

Position Summary

The Network Services Analyst II is an intermediate-level technical position providing analysis, installation, maintenance, and modification of local and wide area network equipment and services. The role includes project management and analysis to ensure excellent system operations.

FTE: Full Time,
Shift: 8am-4pm,
Schedule: M-F with occasional after‑hours on‑call support.

• Troubleshoot problems and monitor system performance statistics.
• Perform routine system maintenance and administration.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system problems.
• Assist in installing new system maintenance releases and utilities upgrades.
• Assist in inventory of parts and materials for installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance, and coordinate service installations with vendors, technicians, and customers.

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or Information Technology preferred; networking experience may be substituted.
• Technical certification (CCNP, Network+, A+, Security+, etc.) or comparable experience required.
• Three to five years of experience in network operations, implementing, operating, maintaining, or using systems in an IT or healthcare setting.
• Previous installation experience with healthcare systems, networks, and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinics or with a healthcare system vendor preferred.
• Current Washington State driver’s license and proof of a safe driving record meeting MHS standards.
