Warehouse Supervisor

Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials and supervising warehouse personnel.

Job Details
  • Schedule: 2nd shift, starting at 3pm.
  • Pay: $80,169 – $82,643 per year.
Responsibilities
  • Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring adherence to safety operating procedures.
  • Schedule warehouse team members to meet facility demands.
  • Allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
  • Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
  • Secure company assets.
  • Manage labor and OPEX budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required;
    Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
  • 2–4 years supervising warehouse/inventory staff required.
  • Experience managing budget required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs.
  • Proficient with SAP or similar MRP programs.
  • Able to lead front‑line employees effectively (may be in a unionized environment).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team oriented.
  • Can‑do, Will‑do attitude.
  • Able to handle conflict.
  • Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required.
  • Ability to lift product (up to 50 lb) frequently and repetitively required.
