Required Skills:

• Valid CRNA certification and current state licensure
• Proven experience in trauma anesthesia and high-volume surgical procedures
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, protocols, and safety standards
• Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Effective communication skills with team members and patients
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to schedule changes

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience working in level I trauma centers
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
• Prior experience in anesthesia for complex cases or subspecialties
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia Practice
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience as a CRNA in a high-volume, trauma or emergency setting

Other Requirements:

• Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
• Commitment to the entire coverage period from June 1, 2026, to September 4, 2026
• Ability to work at Sacred Heart and potentially at Holy Family satellite facility (15 minutes away)
• OT hours accrue after 40 hours per week; no guarantees of scheduled hours
• Travel and licensure reimbursement when applicable
