Sales Engineer, Technical Sales
Are you commercially driven, hands-on, and motivated by enabling successful sales? We are looking for a Key Account & Product Specialist who combines strong technical understanding with a commercial focus and thrives on supporting sales growth through product expertise and execution.
About the roleIn this role, you are an integral part of the sales process from a product and technical perspective. By ensuring accurate vehicle information, configurations, and documentation, you contribute directly to correct customer offers and smooth vehicle deliveries. You work closely with sales, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, combining technical expertise with commercial understanding.
This is a full-time position, valid until further notice.
What will you do- Act as a key support function for the sales organization, enabling efficient and successful sales execution
- Ensure sales teams have the necessary technical knowledge, product understanding, and tools to perform their role effectively
- Ensure sales-related information, pricing data, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and internal stakeholders to support sales readiness
- Manage vehicle and product specifications, documentation, and pricing data
- Own processes related to registrations, warranties, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with suppliers, bodybuilders, and internal stakeholders to ensure vehicles are sales-ready
- A Bachelor’s degree in technical or commercial studies, or equivalent experience
- Experience from the automotive industry
- Solid technical understanding of vehicles and related systems, combined with a clear commercial mindset
- A structured way of working and high attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Comfort working with various IT systems
- Fluency in English and Finnish is required
- A business-oriented approach and good understanding of how technical decisions support commercial outcomes
