We are looking for a Warehouse Support person in Spokane, WA with excellent customer service experience geared towards warehouse and inventory management. This role offers a unique opportunity with a leading industrial supply solutions provider known for its dedicated customer focus and collaborative culture. In this hybrid position, you will balance your time between internal operations and client relations, with approximately 60% of your time focused on branch warehouse operations and 40% spent in the field delivering front‑line service directly at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order tracking, scheduling, and product delivery.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders and internal inventory transfers.
  • Prepare shipments with proper labeling and documentation via carrier systems (like UPS), and inspect and record incoming stock.
  • Put away stock in an organized manner, perform routine cycle counts, and maintain total inventory accuracy.
  • Work closely with branch team members and communicate proactively with leadership regarding operational improvements or delays.
Required Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse, inventory management, or customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with basic technology and computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, a positive work ethic, and the ability to work independently or collaborate with a team.
