Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Act as the Tru Green Face-to-Face Sales Representative in the neighborhood, engaging homeowners to understand their lawn care needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Door‑to‑door outreach, presenting tailored messaging to each household and turning inquiries into signed contracts using the proven sales methodology.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track performance via the CRM system.
• Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to enhance customers’ lawns.

• High school diploma or GED required; a strong people‑skill background is highly valued.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience a plus, but passion and hustle are equally important.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable using mobile technology; proficiency in basic device functions.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Physically located in the United States while performing the job.

Pay Range: $27,669.00 – $58,865.00. The range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience and training. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.
