We are seeking a passionate Jewelry Specialist for a part-time, on-site role in Springdale, OH. In this position, you will assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces, provide expert advice on products and services, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Additional duties include maintaining product displays, handling sales transactions, and promoting brand offerings to meet individual and store goals.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Sales, product recommendation, and retail experience, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain merchandising displays.
• Excellent communication abilities to provide product knowledge and foster customer connections.
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A positive and professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with engagement rings, fine jewelry, or gemstones is an added advantage.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
