We are currently looking for a Business Development Engineer to support the continued growth of our DELTABEAM ® division in the Midwest.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving adoption, and shaping how projects are designed and built.

What you’ll do

• Build and strengthen relationships with structural engineers, architects, and key industry stakeholders
• Promote and position DELTABEAM ® as a structural solution on upcoming projects
• Deliver engaging presentations, lunch & learns, and technical discussions
• Support project development from early design stages through to execution
• Identify opportunities and help drive market growth across the region

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Construction Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for building relationships

Experience

• Structural Engineering: 5+ years
• Precast or construction-related sales: 5+ years

What to expect

• Travel: ~2–3 nights every two weeks
• Work setup:
  Remote / on the road
• Salary starting from $115,000 + commission
