Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Greater Chicago Area for a Bar Attendant. The Bar Attendant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests by taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean, well‑stocked bar area. Additional duties include processing payments, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with beverage handling regulations. The role also entails collaborating with colleagues to create a welcoming and memorable environment for every guest.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Experience in Food & Beverage service, including knowledge of drink menus and preparation
  • Proficiency in Cash Handling and basic point‑of‑sale systems
  • Bartending skills, including knowledge of mixology and beverage presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Serv Safe or equivalent food/beverage safety certification is preferred
