The role includes responsibilities such as cleaning communal areas, handling plumbing and electrical repairs, responding to tenant complaints, and ensuring maintenance supplies are stocked. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of maintenance experience, and strong communication skills.

Availability for on-call maintenance during nights and weekends is required.
