Client Relationship Manager, Insurance Sales
This opportunity is designed for a Personal Lines professional who wants depth, autonomy, and meaningful client relationships—not a call-center service model. You’ll work within a Private Client Group supporting sophisticated personal insurance programs, where critical thinking, proactive guidance, and long-term relationship management truly matter.

This role offers the chance to manage your own book of high-value clients, collaborate with a supportive internal team, and focus on advisory-level service rather than constant transaction churn.
The Job:- Analyze complex personal risks and exposures to design thoughtful, customized insurance solutions
- Manage and retain a dedicated Private Client Group book—no round-robin client assignments
- Quote new and renewal business across all personal lines coverages
- Identify and execute cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities
- Handle service activities, including new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites
- Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance for client review
- Proactively follow up with clients, prospects, and carriers to resolve coverage or service issues
- Meet with clients virtually and in person, when appropriate
- Provide service support for additional private clients as needed
- Stay current on private client carriers, products, and market trends
- Deliver polished presentations and communicate confidently with discerning clients
- Navigate challenging situations with professionalism and discretion
- Follow established workflows and procedures using Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office Suite, Docu Sign, and related tools
- Maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
