• Trainees require 1 year of Over‑the‑Road or Regional experience.
• Drivers require a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience and 1 year Over‑the‑Road or Regional experience.

5 out days and 2 days home with your family.

• Tarpping and strapping down certain loads.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

• Minimum age of 22.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (urine test).
• No more than three moving violations in the last three years.
• No more than one at‑fault accident; recent at‑fault rollover in the past year.
• No failed DOT alcohol/drug tests in lifetime.
• No recent termination.
• Felonies and misdemeanors will be reviewed.
• DUI/DWI:
  Experienced, none in past five years;
  Trainee, none in past three years.
