Accountant - Construction Industry

Accountant – Construction Industry | Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and support accounting operations across multiple construction-related companies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage 300 Real Estate and Construction (CRE) and Sage Paperless Construction
, along with a solid background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job cost management.

• Process invoices and payment applications in Sage Paperless Construction and Sage 300 CRE
• Manage Accounts Payable across multiple companies, including payment processing and lien waivers
• Enter and reconcile Accounts Receivable
  , monitor outstanding balances, and coordinate with project managers
• Maintain accurate job cost data, including estimates, budgets, and change orders; sync with Procore as needed
• Run regular financial reports to support cash flow management and project accounting

Prior experience using Sage 300 Real Estate and Construction and Sage Paperless Construction preferred. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Experience in the construction accounting field highly desirable but not required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
