We are seeking an entry-level CAD Drafter to join our Engineering team!

Job Summary

The CAD Drafter will create accurate, standardized fabrication drawings for our belting products. This role is essential to improving clarity, reducing rework and scrap, and supporting fast, high-quality production. As a member of our Manufacturing Engineering team, you'll work alongside top industry talent, creating strong opportunities for growth for those who are hungry to learn.

What You'll Do
  • Produce 2D/3D drawings and models for belting products using Solid Works and other CAD tools.
  • Collaborate daily with Inside and Outside Sales, Order Management, and Production Operations to ensure drawings reflect customer requirements and manufacturability.
  • Create and maintain templates and drawing standards to drive consistency and reduce quality issues.
  • Keep drawing files organized with strict naming and storage processes to support a rapidly expanding library and play a key role in shaping and continuously improving these systems.
  • Translate customer inputs into clear, manufacturable drawings.
  • Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement across engineering and production.

What You Bring
  • Associate's degree in Drafting, CAD Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Solid Works and/or AutoCAD.
