Sales Representative
Springfield, Missouri (3505 E Nora St)

Tru Green’s field sales representatives work directly with homeowners in the neighborhood to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Tru Green, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction.
  • Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes.
  • Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household.
  • Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using the proven sales methodology and processes.
  • Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through.
  • Cross‑sell and upsell with precision to show customers how to level up their lawns.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required (additional expertise in people skills appreciated).
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle are the most important qualities.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of small talk or closing conversations.
  • Solid time‑management and self‑starter mindset; proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable with technology and mobile devices; no coding required.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25pounds while working outdoors.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
  • Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.

Pay Ranges

$27,669.00 – $58,865.00 per year based on qualifications, experience, training, and location. Most candidates start in the bottom half of the range; the upper end is reserved for those with extensive experience.
