Marten Transport — a back-to-back TCA Elite Fleet honoree (2025 & 2026) — is urgently hiring CDL-A truck drivers to join one of the industry's most stable and financially independent fleets that puts drivers first. • Operate a commercial motor vehicle in a safe and professional manner following all federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and fuel performance as required by company and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to delivery and pickup schedules, communicate with dispatch regarding delays or issues, and ensure customer service excellence.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum of one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (or as required by company policy)
• Strong safety and driving record, commitment to on-time performance
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision

• Weekly pay range: $1,350–$1,583
• Annual earnings: $70,200–$82,300+ per year
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Home Weekly + Weekend Reset
• Driver Comfort:
  Late-model equipment with APU’s, automatic transmissions, and inverters on all tractors
• Potential for additional detention pay (up to $160 per 24-hour period)
• Potential for additional inclement weather pay (up to $200 per day)
• Potential for additional layover pay (up to $200 per day)
• Potential for additional referral bonus (up to $2,500 per referral with unlimited earning potential)
