Qualifications- Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Urban Affairs, Political Science, Business, Real Estate, or other related field or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Desired experience; 2 years of Real Estate, program or grant management. - Must demonstrate a working knowledge of local government functions or Real Estate.
- Must possess and maintain an Ohio driver’s license.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- May be required to obtain a Notary Public.
