As our next Injection Molding Process Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing injection molding processes to ensure high-quality production. Your expertise in molding technology and process improvement will be critical in achieving production efficiency, reducing scrap, and maintaining quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and optimize injection molding processes for manufacturing operations
Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure product compliance
Maintain documentation of process parameters and updates
Train operators and technicians on molding procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve cycle times
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in injection molding processes, preferably in automotive manufacturing
Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and materials
Experience in process troubleshooting and optimization
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
Experience in high-volume automotive production environments
Familiarity with quality management systems
