Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business.
This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You'll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.
Lead the Business
* Spa operations and overall performance
* Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
* Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership
Build the Team
* Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team
* Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset
* Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence
* Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints
Drive the Results
* Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance
* Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results
* Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs
* Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years of leadership experience
* Proven success driving sales and team performance
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A balance of people leadership and business acumen
* Strong experience working with KPIs is required
* P&L experience strongly preferred
* Comfort in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)
