The St. Anthony-New Brighton District (SANB) is seeking an exceptional and experienced individual with an innovative spirit to lead the staff, students, and community as the Principal at Wilshire Park Elementary School. Located in St. Anthony, Minnesota, our community provides quality programs to approximately 1800 students, with 700 students attending grades K‑5. Learn more about the SANB district /about .

• Instructional Leadership
  • Providing instructional leadership by implementing educational and district initiatives at the building level.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Teaching and Learning and other building administrators to plan and implement effective staff development focused on rigor, relevance, relationships, and equity.
• Staff Support and Supervision
  • Support staff in developing and sustaining an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
  • Hire, support, direct, and provide feedback to licensed and non‑licensed staff.
  • Supervise and evaluate licensed and non‑licensed staff.
• School Improvement and Management
  • Directing, supervising, and overseeing all school improvement programs.
  • Managing the safety, building operations, and personnel within the building.
  • Overseeing building events and participating in various district‑wide committees, groups, panels, and management meetings.
• Community Engagement
  • Being an active member of the community by maintaining open communication between district, staff, students, parents, and the community.
  • Building positive relationships and regularly communicating with families and colleagues.
• Additional Duties
  • Provide expertise and assistance to staff and the community.
  • Perform other duties as required.

• Degree
  • Master's Degree from an accredited university in Education or relevant instructional subject area.
  • PhD preferred.
• License
  • Minnesota K‑12 Principal Licensure or proof of pending approved licensure.
• Experience
  • At least five years of successful experience teaching in an urban, multicultural education setting.
  • Experience as an elementary teacher with administrative experience preferred.

• Range: $,729
  * note that salary range will increase upon completion of 2025‑27 negotiations
• Salary placement is based on experience and education level, as per St. Anthony Village Principals' Association contract
