Construction Project Manager

Up to $190,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits

A well-established General Contractor based in Stamford, CT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground up commercial construction projects across the Tri-State area.

This is an opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work and long-standing relationships across retail, mixed-use, commercial, and institutional sectors.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout and be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ground up construction projects from award through completion
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Lead coordination with field teams, architects, engineers, and ownership groups
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Support preconstruction and buyout activities where required

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
• Proven experience delivering ground up construction projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and sequencing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
