Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring alignment to organizational priorities, timelines, and governance standards. This role requires a strong foundation in PMO practices, the ability to translate requirements into executable plans, and confidence presenting status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, disciplined, and comfortable operating in structured environments while managing competing priorities.
Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, schedule, and deliverables are met
* Project Manager will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk registers
* Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements in partnership with stakeholders
* Drive project execution in alignment with PMO standards, methodologies, and reporting expectations
* Prepare and deliver clear, concise status updates, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
* Identify risks and issues early and drive mitigation plans to resolution
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure accountability and timely delivery
* Facilitate project governance activities including status reviews, steering meetings, and milestone checkpoints
* As a Project Manager, you will track and report on project health, budget considerations, and delivery metrics
* Ensure change control processes are followed and impacts are communicated appropriately
* 3 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting multiple concurrent initiatives
* Experience working within a PMO-led environment or under formal project governance
* Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements
* Demonstrated experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations and communications
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through delivery
* Ability to work independently and maintain control across complex project landscapes
Preferred
Skills:
* PMO background strongly preferred
* Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar
* Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
* Exposure to portfolio-level reporting and governance processes
* PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
* Experience with MVMO methodologies is a plus
