Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Pay Range: $18.50- $23.50 an/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

• Support residents with daily living activities—bathing, dressing, grooming, and more.
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse).
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Prepare and serve meals tailored to residents’ needs.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care team members.
• Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ condition.

• Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident‑focused care.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Physical ability to assist with client transfers.
