This position as a Safety Services Team Member focuses on providing safety and security for guests and staff at Niagara City Cruises. Key responsibilities include assessing behavior, responding to emergencies, and facilitating smooth operations during high traffic periods. This role requires effective communication skills and a proactive approach to ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen guests at entry points for safety compliance

• Assist first responders during emergencies on site

• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly

• Conduct regular foot patrols across property premises

• Maintain security and safety standards consistently

Requirements:

• O.S.S.D or equivalent educational background

• Minimum two years in customer service, hospitality preferred

• Valid Security Guard license required

• Standard First Aid & CPR – Level C certification

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
