MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide implementation support on systems and processes during the Core Systems Replacement project while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user competence. Additionally, to develop and assess system and process learning support material and facilitate learning interventions.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

3 - 5 years’ work experience in a business processes environment within a hospital or healthcare setting, specifically as a Reception Administrator

Work experience in the Patient Administration environment

Background in the development of training material and facilitation

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Relevant business process policies and procedures

Computer systems and software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office Packages)
