Senior Engineering Project Manager

Are you an established Senior Engineering Project Manager looking for an exciting challenge? Join us to lead the delivery of our most critical projects in Electronics Engineering.

• Drive the design, development and delivery of intricate electronic sub‑systems from concept to full production.
• Lead and support the project management team, providing direction on delivery strategy.
• Collaborate with project controllers for scheduling in P6 and mentor Engineering Project Coordinators.
• Manage projects across all phases – conception, initiation, execution, close – ensuring they are delivered to time, cost and quality objectives.
• Implement and maintain key project management best practices such as risk, stakeholder, compliance, configuration and earned value management.

• Solid background in the engineering development of electronics units.
• Significant experience delivering projects or programmes on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks and the ability to apply them across project life‑cycle stages.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proud of the outcomes they deliver.

• Salary up to £65,000.
• Security clearance: HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
• Flexible working – blend of on‑site and remote, with a minimum of 2–3 days on‑site as needed.
