• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that align with best practices and patient goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, following ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.
• Stay current on industry trends, research, and best practices in mental health therapy.

• At our Stillwater location we currently have openings for Therapists with a partial caseload, and we have In person office availably or telehealth.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted state license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent) OR seeking licensure (Currently only open to Pre-Licensed Therapists seeking LPCC licensure).
• Board-Approved Clinical Licensure Supervisor is a plus.
• Proven experience providing therapy in individual, group, and family settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical practice in all aspects of the job.
• Passionate about client care, with a commitment to providing high-quality mental health services.

• Fully transparent compensation based on collections. You see everything that is deducted and have unlimited earning potential. The typical net is 60-80% of collections.
