Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze architectural project specifications

• Conduct quantity take-offs from technical drawings

• Formulate detailed cost estimates for cladding projects

• Collaborate with project managers for clear communication

• Update and manage bid tracking systems and databases

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in construction estimation

• Educational background in Architecture or related fields
