Inovatec is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Vancouver, BC, to enhance our project delivery with effective business needs analysis and client interaction.
In this key position, you will lead discovery phases of projects, documenting requirements effectively and ensuring client satisfaction through active engagement.
Your role will involve user acceptance testing and managing project workflows using Jira. Through your insights, you will help drive business growth in the cloud-based software space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document client's business requirements during project discovery
• Secure client approval on project Acceptance Criteria
• Oversee project tasks and prioritize workflow in Jira
• Define and implement user acceptance testing strategies
• Communicate project progress and potential risks to managers
Requirements:
• 3 years of SAAS implementation experience required
• University diploma or comparable work experience necessary
• Proven problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator with interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with finance or accounting principles is a plus
