Drive impactful billing processes at TELUS Health Care Centres as a Data Analyst II. This role focuses on analyzing data, producing reports, and enhancing operational efficiency.
As a key member of the TELUS Health Occupational Health team, the Data Analyst II is essential for managing billing workflows and generating insights from data. You will leverage your analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, maintain databases, and identify trends for process improvements. Your contributions will play a significant role in enhancing our corporate health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze data and generate meaningful reports
• Maintain and enhance databases and data systems
• Identify trends in complex data sets
• Clean and filter data to correct discrepancies
• Collaborate with management on business needs
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Expertise in data models and mining techniques
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with data confidentiality protocols
• Experience with Excel and reporting tools
