- To provide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sales of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of the consumer.
- To receive merchandise as required.
- To operate and maintain all equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- Knowledge of farming operations, chemical and fertilizer is an asset.
- To deliver product as directed by the manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Have a positive, professional approach and attitude.
- Able to work a variety of shifts.
- A pleasant and out-going personality.
- A desire and ability to work with the public.
- Physically able to do heavy lifting, climbing and kneeling.
- Forklift certification considered an asset.
- Position is classified as Safety Sensitive. Therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-ops Alcohol and Substance policy as a condition of employment.
