Bayshore Health Care offers a remote nursing position for individuals ready to make a difference. This four-week assignment is tailored for Home Care Nurses with the necessary experience and a valid nursing license. You will provide essential nursing care in home settings while navigating the beauty of Canada’s North.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat patients in their homes
• Conduct regular in-home visits for care management
• Provide ongoing support and monitoring of stable conditions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Minimum of 3,000 hours as a Home Care Nurse
• Valid nursing license with good standing
• Experience in isolated communities
• Comprehensive orientation and training provided
