Children is looking for a HLTA at Ridge Hill School in Stoke-on-Trent. As a key educational player, you will lead teaching sessions during teacher PPA time and implement targeted interventions for students with moderate learning difficulties and autism. The ideal candidate should have significant experience and training in Autism/SEND, maintaining high quality in education while fostering a neurodiverse environment. This role calls for adaptability and a strong communication understanding to help every child reach their potential.
