You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients and consultants receive smooth, efficient service—supporting everything from transcription to theatre bookings.

• ✏️ Transcribe medical dictation accurately
• 📅 Book operations and coordinate schedule
• 📞 Handle incoming calls and patient queries
• 💬 Liaise with hospital staff, consultants, anaesthetists, and insurer
• 💻 Manage emails and inbox communication
• 📂 Invoice and bill for private medical procedure
• 📬 Open the office and support day-to-day admin

• ✔️ 1+ year of secretarial/admin experience (medical background preferred)
• ✔️ Familiarity with medical terminology
• ✔️ Excellent communication and organisation skills, Excel
• ✔️ Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure
• ✔️ A warm, professional, and patient-friendly approach
• ✔️ Friendly team
• ✔️ Stable weekday hours
• ✔️ Exposure to private healthcare
