You will oversee contractors, manage maintenance systems, and collaborate with site teams to deliver a seamless resident experience. The role also involves budgeting, asset management, and driving improvements across processes, with a hands-on approach to maintenance when required. What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will have a solid background in construction (minimum 5 years) and a strong understanding of building compliance.

You will bring excellent communication and customer service skills, along with experience managing contractors and maintenance systems. A proactive, flexible approach is key, as the role requires travel between sites and occasional out-of-hours emergency response. A full UK driving licence is also essential.
