This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Stoneham, MA. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and addressing client needs effectively. The role includes overseeing day-to-day account activities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth.
