Position Title: Sales Manager – Thixo Die Casting Line
The Sales Manager for the Thixo Die Casting Line plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. The Sales Manager will lead a diverse team while collaborating with various departments to provide technical solutions to customers. The role involves managing the sales cycle, which varies based on customer interactions and project needs.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in contributing to the company’s objectives and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Manage and track sales opportunities in CRM
- Deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Serve as the main contact for key customers and accounts
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Work with engineering and service teams to provide technical solutions to customers
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Provide feedback to leadership on market conditions and customer needs
- Forecast sales activity and revenue
- Develop territory sales plans
- Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings
- Build and manage the regional sales team, including direct sales staff and sales agents
- Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree (Preferred majors: Business, Commerce, BBA, MBA, International Trade, Engineering, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in the die casting industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
