Project Manager, Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Residential Project Manager to join our Custom Homes team
. This is a highly selective opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in high-end residential environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional homeowner and builder experiences.

If you have a deep background in residential HVAC project leadership and enjoy owning projects from consultation through final commissioning, we want to connect.

This position leads custom home and residential remodel HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, performance, and a seamless client experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with homeowners, custom builders, architects, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, serving as the central driver of execution and communication.

• Managing multiple custom residential HVAC projects simultaneously
• Overseeing projects from initial consultation through installation and commissioning
• Coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Supporting the residential sales process with consultative expertise
• Assisting with scope development and presenting system solutions
• Managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and quality assurance
• Building long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

• 10+ years of residential HVAC project management experience
• Strong knowledge of geothermal heat pumps, whole-house comfort solutions
• Experience in both new construction custom homes and residential remodel projects
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and support client decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Total Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000 (Base + Annual Bonus)
