Job Summary
Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II – Onsite (Marlborough, Massachusetts)
Position:
Senior ISSO IIType:
Onsite – U.S. Citizen required for security clearance
Security Clearance:
Secret – existing clearance required on day one
Location:
Marlborough, Massachusetts, U.S.
- Review and approve configuration management requests within authority
- Conduct technical and administrative assessments
- Integrate new cybersecurity processes, procedures, and tools
- Support ISSOs and Cybersecurity Managers in creating, reviewing, and updating cybersecurity documentation and other technical writing
- Oversee ISSOs to ensure implementation of policies and procedures
- Provide intermittent travel (10‑20%) to other Raytheon locations
- University degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 8years relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 5years experience
- IAM Level
I certification (Security+ or equivalent) - Experience in cybersecurity, systems security or hardening
- Experience in compliance‑based auditing using RMF, DCSA, NISPOM, PCI, ISO
9001, HIPAA - Experience with IT technologies: databases, operating systems, network hardware, software programs, hardware troubleshooting, or electronics
- Background in physical security, law enforcement, investigations, border patrol, project or program management, office administration, senior administration, or account management
- Preferred: experience in DoD classified operating or laboratory environments
- Preferred: familiarity with security tools such as Splunk, Forcepoint, Ivanti, Tenable, ACAS, HBSS
- Familiarity with governmental directives and policies from NIST, CNSSI, DoD, and other regulatory standards
- Experience with the RMF Assessment & Authorization process
- Experience interpreting, implementing, and assessing DISA STIGs
- Experience in cyber incident response: preservation, containment, and eradication

USD 107,500 – 204,500 per annum (est.)
