Hands-On Electrical Engineering Manager: Lead Embedded Systems

Our partner, a well-established leader in ruggedized electronics and advanced embedded computing solutions, is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to join their team in Sugar Land, TX.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while mentoring and leading a team of engineers in a highly collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with:

• PCB systems and board‑level troubleshooting
• Electronics and embedded hardware environments
• SMT/SMD processes and manufacturing support
• Validation, verification, and revision control
• Harnesses, connectors, and system‑level engineering
• Leading and mentoring engineering teams

This role will oversee electrical engineering initiatives involving troubleshooting, redesign efforts, field issues, customer support, and coordination with both domestic and global engineering teams.
