• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing to assess hearing and balance function.
• Perform hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, and repairs using advanced digital technology and accessories.
• Provide patient education on hearing aid use, maintenance, and assistive listening devices.
• Administer specialized diagnostic services, including Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE) Screening, Auditory Brainstem Response (A ) Testing, Vestibular assessments (VNG, VEMP, and Rotary chair at some locations), and Epley maneuvers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support holistic patient care.
• Function independently in clinical decision-making, patient evaluation, and treatment planning while adhering to professional and ethical standards.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate approach to patient interactions.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in-office patient care.

• Licensed in Audiology by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
• Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent.
• Fellowship status with the American Academy of Audiology preferred, not required.
• Strong clinical skills in audiological assessment, hearing aid technology, and various diagnostic testing.
• Ability to function independently with sound clinical judgment and minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $71,600 to $140,600. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance.
